SELECTIVE CATALYTIC REACTANCE (SCR)

Among the examples of our commitment to a sustainable environment is introducing the Selective Catalytic Reactance (SCR) system in our diesel generating set.

SCR systems utilize advanced active emission control technology to reduce nitrous oxide emissions. Such emissions can cause various symptoms like nausea and dizziness and may even lead to asphyxia (choking) if breathed in high amounts.

By reducing nitrous oxide emissions by up to 90% and hydrocarbon (HC) and carbon monoxide (CO) emissions, SCR systems allow for cleaner emissions from the already clean diesel fuel.

Further, SCR systems can be integrated with diesel particulate filters to allow for further reduced emission reductions.
