High-Capacity Prime-Rated Generating Sets for Oil & Gas Applications (1500 kVA, 1000 kVA, 800 kVA & 200 kVA)

We successfully executed the complete design, engineering, procurement, supply, installation, and commissioning of Prime-rated generating sets (1500 kVA, 1000 kVA, 800 kVA, and 200 kVA) for a major oil and gas project. Each generating set is equipped with a remote control panel featuring a GE protection relay, an IP55 alternator, and a fully automatic fire detection and suppression system for enhanced safety.

The units are fitted with UL 142-compliant fuel tanks designed for 24-hour continuous operation and housed in robust enclosures rated IP54 (non-running) and IP44 (running). These features ensure reliable and safe performance, meeting the stringent demands of oil and gas operations with efficiency and durability.
