Mr. Motasim Al Daour, Managing Director of Precision Industries, during his visit to the Attarat Oil Shale site in Jordan, Which started the first Power Plant project in the Middle East that uses the direct burning of Oil Shale in a fluidized bed steam boiler powering 2X 235 MW air-cooled steam turbines. The objective of his visit was to exchange information on a variety of subjects related to Power Generation.
This project started 1 year ago and scheduled for completion by 2020, and the Oil Shale mine has a capacity of 10 million tons per year.
